- Lived in the UK for 3 consecutive years
AND
- Worked and paid National Insurance stamps in the UK.

Please bear in mind that the BSP depends on at least the above and that British Citizenship is not required.
Although these recent legislative changes dramatically improve pensions for those who reach pension age after April 5, 2010, at least 50% of our successful claims are for people already over pension age.
