Getting in touch is free and easy! We just need to know your date of birth and the number of years you worked in U.K. (after turning 16). With that information we can tell you right away whether you qualify for a pension.
If you’d like us to pursue your pension for you at this point, we will sign an agreement outlining our contract terms.
Once we have an agreement in place, we’ll fill in all of the paperwork on your behalf (with input from you) and work with the UK pensions office to ensure you’re getting the best pension based on your circumstances.
After we receive confirmation from the U.K., we’ll explain in writing how the most can be made out of your claim and what your annual pension will be – the minimum and the maximum. Our fees are based on the amount of your pension. Of course, if you don’t qualify to get a pension, there is absolutely no charge.
Do be aware that the qualification criteria for those reaching Pension Age before or after April 5, 2010, are significantly different.
