How long does this usually take?
The claims process can take from a few months up to three years, as it moves from department to department in the Pension Service – we maintain your personal file until you reach pension age.
Do I have to contact the UK Pensions office myself?
No, you don’t have to contact them yourself. We will take care of all the details.
To avoid confusion, if they do contact you directly, we need you to forward or copy any correspondence back to us. After all, if they send you responses to questions we asked, you can’t be expected to know if those responses are correct.
Can you help me claim my private pension or my Canadian pension?
